Import pedal-print-mm.stl as MILLIMETERS. STL does not encode units.
Approximate overall envelope: 220 × 165 × 182 mm (axis-aligned). This is a provisional display scale, NOT calibration to the real 220 × 73 mm tread. Do not use for fit checks or fabrication of a working control.

Mesh processing: 0.6 mm voxel union; retained largest connected body and discarded small detached reconstruction debris. Some small gaps/detail are closed or softened. Final exported STL re-imported with 0 boundary edges, 0 nonmanifold edges, and positive volume. Geometry is a single connected, closed display body.

Slicing starting point only: PLA, 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls, 15–20% infill, support under the inclined tread and overhangs, brim as needed. Choose orientation/supports in your slicer. Inspect all thin sections, islands and support interfaces in layer preview; these have not been validated for your printer. Do not print without a slicer review.

No slicer, physical-print, minimum-wall-thickness, mechanical strength, or dimensional certification is claimed. Not an articulated model. Never install this as a vehicle pedal or other load-bearing/safety-critical part.

verification.json contains measured mesh checks. print-front.png and print-back.png are actual renders of the repaired mesh.
